Journey to Mars

My buddy Mike gave me this t-shirt for Christmas a few years ago, claiming that he bought it off a vendor outside MOMA. It's apparently the Russian-language movie poster for the 1918 Danish sci-fi film "Journey to Mars." Cool design, and features one of my favorite old-timey sci-fi motifs, people in giant vaccuum tubes.

Today's goofy accessory:an actual pair of MiG fighter pilot goggles, also a gift from Mike.

(And while I'm at it, thanks to Kristen for translating the shirt so I finally knew what was going on.)
